We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and will answer any questions within 24 working hours during this time.
My order has arrived damaged?
Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged bottle(s) ensuring the bottle name is shown and email us at sales@lunefragrances.com. Damaged packages need to be investigated and in order to help you we will need sufficient picture evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottle(s) or the package until advised. All damages should be reported 24 hours upon receiving the package.
Is it possible to cancel my order once it has been placed?
unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot process cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Are your products Vegan and Cruelty Free?
We only use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils in the production of our fragrances, and of course they are cruelty free we do not test on animals.
