Return Policy

At LUNE, like several other fragrance companies and distributors, does not accept returns or refunds on products. Once a fragrance is dispatched to a customer, it cannot be ensured that it has not been used or tampered with, making it ineligible for resale by Lune Fragrances.

All customers have 24 hours from which they receive their items (confirmed by USPS tracking info) to contact us about any issues with their purchases, after the 24 hour period we reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges. Pictures might be required for some returns and/or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must qualify as defective or damaged.

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges If an item you purchased happens to not be within your style or liking, that is why we do offer our customers a sample option (Unless item is not listed under sample pack).

 Refunds are not issued under any condition, once your order has been placed, if you have further questions regards to a refund please contact us via email. You may modify your order by emailing us within 24 hours of time of purchase.

For international orders, we regret to inform that we are unable to provide returns or exchanges due to international shipping regulations.

Please note that we do not issue credit for the original shipping fees. Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. We recommend using trackable shipping method when returning as Lune Fragrances is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
